Stephen Ministry - is a nationwide program named after Stephen, the first of the deacons in the early church, commissioned by the apostles to  provide care and comfort for the needs of people in the Christian community. When people experience loss,grief, or other stressful changes in their lives, there is a need for an empathetic listener. Family and close friends are often too emotionally involved to meet this need. Stephen Ministers are trained to be caring Christian friends who can help hurting individuals sort out options. They do not give advice or provide solutions. Stephen Ministers are not professional counselors, psychologists, social workers, or experts in law, finance, church doctrine, and so on, but neither are they merely superficial visitors. God is viewed as providing the cure while Stephen Ministers provide the care.

GiveBack, Inc. - is a recovery group for traumatic brain injury (TBI). Tampa General Rehabilitation Center - is a 59-bed facility located on the campus of Tampa General Hospital. It has earned accreditation (three-year) by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) in the following 12 areas: Adult Brain Injury Inpatient Rehabilitation Program,  Inpatient Brain Injury - Pediatric Specialty Program , Adult Brain Injury Outpatient Rehabilitation Program , Outpatient Brain Injury - Pediatric Specialty Program,  Adult Inpatient Rehabilitation Program , Inpatient Rehabilitation - Pediatric Specialty Program , Adult Interdisciplinary Pain Rehabilitation Program - Outpatient , Adult Spinal Cord System of Care, Spinal Cord System of Care - Pediatric Specialty Program, Adult Inpatient Rehabilitation Program - Stroke Specialty Program and Adult Outpatient Rehabilitation Program - Stroke Specialty Program. The Rehabilitation Center  is also accredited by the Joint Commission and is designated as a State o  Florida Brain and Spinal Cord Injury Center for both adult and pediatric.  


MADD - The mission of Mothers Against Drunk Driving is to stop drunk driving, support the victims of this violent crime and prevent underage drinking.


SADD - The mission of Students Against Destructive Decisions is to provide students with the best prevention tools possible to deal with the issues of underage drinking, other drug use, impaired driving and other destructive decisions.


FADD - Fathers Against Drunk Driving;. was created to form partnerships in order to do mass mobilization throughout the United States of America. Our goal is to reduce and eliminate deadly alcohol related crashes on our U.S. highways, and eventually branch out to other countries.


Victims Assistance Program - Provides comprehensive services to victims of violent crime, including information about the criminal justice system, notification of court hearings and escort to courtroom and deposition. Assistance also is provided in applying for Victim Compensation benefits, Injunction for protection, seeking return of property when no longer needed as evidence, obtaining restitution when appropriate, completing the Victim Impact Statement, notifying employers of courtroom appearances, and assistance in solving problems caused by the necessity of court appearances and post-conviction services. Victim Advocates are available 24 hours a day to provide emergency on-scene services to victims at the request of law enforcement.


Workers Compensation - is a form of insurance that provides compensation medical care for employees who are injured in the course of employment, in exchange for mandatory relinquishment of the employee's right to sue his or her employer for the  tort of negligence.The trade off between assured, limited coverage and lack of recourse outside the worker compensation system is known as "the compensation bargain." While plans differ between jurisdictions, provision can be made for weekly payments in place of wages (functioning in this case as a form of disability insurance), compensation for economic loss (past and future), reimbursement or payment of medical and like expenses (functioning in this case as a form of health insurance), and benefits payable to the dependents of workers killed during employment (functioning in this case as a form of life insurance ). General damages for pain and suffering, and punitive damages for employer negligence, are generally not available in worker compensation plans.

The Trauma Survivors Network (TSN) - is a community of patients and families who are looking to connect with one another and rebuild their lives after a serious injury. The American Trauma Society (ATS), the leading organization advocating for the injured and their families, in partnership with hospitals around the country, is committed to growing the TSN by providing the programs and resources patients and families tell us they need to manage their recovery and improve their lives. The underlying goal in all of these programs and resources is helping trauma patients and their families connect and rebuild their lives following a serious injury.


BADD - The mission of Bikers Against Drunk Drivers is to reduce the incidence of drunk driving and its consequences through promotion and awareness to the mainstream in malls, major events, annual tours and the media. In addition, to create an emergency fund for victims of drunk drivers while they await other compensation and/or where no other compensation is forthcoming.


RADD - is The Entertainment Industry's Voice for Road Safety. An internationally recognized nonprofit [501 (c)(3)] corporation since 1986, RADD pairs athletes, celebrities, media partners and socially conscious sponsors to create positive attitudes about road safety.


Teens Against Drunk Driving, Inc. (T.A.D.D.) - is a Not For Profit community service organization that provides High Schools with a Safe Driving program which we incorporate into a homework planner and study guide for high School students. The program we distribute, at no cost to schools is titled, “Turn On to Safe Driving.”
